This policy explains how BuildingClub.info and My BuildingClub process personal information.
1. Controller
The controller is Mikhail Bezgodov. Privacy requests: [email protected].
2. Information processed
- Google sign-in details, account and session records.
- AI questions, answers, conversations, images and relevant calculator, project or workspace context.
- Saved calculators, estimates, export settings and related metadata.
- Plan, payment, renewal, cancellation and refund records; My BuildingClub does not receive full card details.
- Legal acceptance, support, security, abuse-prevention and technical records.
- On public pages: IP address, device and browser data, requested URL, referrer, approximate location, consent choices and analytics or advertising events and identifiers.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process information to provide and secure requested services, perform subscriptions, save user work, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain legal and payment records, and improve reliability. Depending on the context, processing is based on contract performance, consent, legal obligations or legitimate interests in security and service operation.
Authorized administrators may review questions and answers when reasonably necessary for support, quality control, safety, abuse prevention or troubleshooting.
4. Service providers
Information may be processed by Google for sign-in, Analytics and AdSense; Lava.top and its payment partners; Cloudflare; hosting, database and email providers; and the configured AI provider. They receive information needed for their role. Google advertising partners may use cookies and similar identifiers where permitted by law and the visitor’s consent choices. 5. AI and international processing
Questions, relevant context and attachments may be sent to the configured AI provider. Do not submit secrets, full payment-card details or personal or confidential information you are not authorized to share. Some providers may process information in other countries using applicable contractual or other lawful safeguards.
6. Retention
Account and saved content are retained while needed to provide the service and until deletion is requested or required, subject to backups, disputes and legal duties. Payment, consent, security and accounting records are retained for applicable legal, fraud-prevention and dispute periods. Session and temporary records expire according to their stated duration or are removed when no longer needed.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority. We may verify account ownership before acting on a request.
8. Account deletion and security
Deleting an account does not cancel an active subscription; renewal must be cancelled separately. Records required for payments, refunds, security or law may remain. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
