These terms govern the free public calculators, converters and informational tools on BuildingClub.info, as well as accounts, AI tools, paid subscriptions and digital access provided through My BuildingClub at my.buildingclub.info.
1. Provider and contact
The service is operated by Mikhail Bezgodov under the BuildingClub.info and My BuildingClub names. Support and legal notices may be sent to [email protected].
2. Service
BuildingClub.info provides free public calculators, unit converters, estimates and informational tools that generally do not require an account or payment. Advertising, including Google AdSense, may be displayed on public pages to support this free access.
My BuildingClub at my.buildingclub.info provides account-based AI chat, saved conversations, construction estimate tools, private calculator creation and editing, Canvas workspaces and document exports. Plus and Pro add paid subscription access and message allowances. Availability and features may change when needed for security, legal compliance or service maintenance.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account and payment information, keep access to your Google account and email secure, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
4. AI and calculator limitations
AI output may be incomplete, outdated or wrong. It is not a signed engineering opinion, design approval, legal advice, financial advice or a substitute for a qualified professional, site investigation, calculations required by law, or independent verification.
You must independently check important dimensions, formulas, standards, quantities, prices, safety decisions and construction conclusions before relying on them.
BuildingClub.info calculators, estimates, conversions, charts and exports are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Their results may contain errors, omissions, outdated assumptions or differences caused by rounding, user input, local standards or project conditions.
You must independently verify calculator and estimate results before using them for design, purchasing, safety, financial or construction decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer and provider are not liable for loss caused by reliance on unchecked results. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Subscription plans
Plus and Pro are auto-renewing subscriptions billed through Lava.top. The checkout page displays the applicable price, currency, included successful AI messages and billing period before payment.
- The first successful payment starts the subscription and paid access period.
- Unless cancelled, the same plan renews automatically at the end of each paid monthly period.
- Each successful renewal provides a new plan allowance for the next period.
- Unused subscription messages expire at the end of their stated validity period and do not become cash.
- Only successful AI operations are intended to consume messages. Failed operations are not charged or are restored.
6. Automatic renewal and cancellation
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring monthly charges at the price shown at checkout until automatic renewal is cancelled. You may cancel renewal through your Lava.top customer account or through the cancellation control in My BuildingClub when available. Cancellation stops future charges but does not itself refund the current payment. Paid access normally continues until the end of the current paid period.
Signing out, deleting local data or closing the browser does not cancel Lava.top renewal.
7. Failed renewal
If a renewal charge fails, no new message allowance is issued for that failed charge. Access already paid for remains available until the end of its current period. The subscription may be marked past due or cancelled after Lava.top completes its retry process.
8. Payment processing
Lava.top provides hosted checkout and recurring payment processing. My BuildingClub does not receive full payment-card details. A browser return page does not grant paid access by itself; access is granted only after verified server-to-server payment confirmation.
9. Refunds
Refund requests are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy, Lava.top procedures and mandatory consumer law. Cancelling automatic renewal and requesting a refund are different actions.
10. User content
You retain responsibility for prompts, images, calculator specifications, estimate data and other content you submit. You confirm that you have the right to use that content and that it does not unlawfully disclose confidential, personal or copyrighted material.
11. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to bypass message limits, payment controls, authentication, sandbox restrictions, rate limits or security measures; interfere with the service; distribute malware; or use the service for unlawful activity.
12. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for fraud, chargebacks, abuse, security threats, legal requirements or material breach of these terms. Where practical, support will explain the reason and available remedy.
13. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, construction loss, or decisions made without independent professional verification. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Changes
Material changes will be published with a new effective version. The version accepted at checkout is stored with the payment record. Continued use after a material change may require renewed acceptance.
