These terms apply to the free calculators and other tools on BuildingClub.info and to accounts, AI assistance, projects, paid plans and exports on My BuildingClub.
1. Provider and contact

2. Service and accounts
You must use the service lawfully, provide accurate account and payment information, keep your account secure and have the right to submit any prompts, images or other content you provide.
3. Calculators and AI limitations
BuildingClub.info calculators, converters, estimates and other free tools may contain errors, omissions, outdated assumptions or differences caused by rounding, user input, local standards or project conditions. AI answers may also be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. These results are not engineering, legal or financial advice or a substitute for independent professional verification.
You must independently check important dimensions, formulas, standards, quantities, prices and safety decisions before using any result. Use of the calculators and other results is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for any loss or damage arising from their use or from reliance on unchecked results. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. Free access and paid plans
The service may provide a limited number of free AI questions without registration and a registration bonus. New Plus trials are not offered; previously activated trial access remains valid until its original expiry.
Plus and Pro are auto-renewing monthly subscriptions processed by Lava.top. The price, currency, billing period and message allowance are shown before payment. Only successful AI operations consume messages. Unused messages expire at the end of their stated validity period.
An eligible Plus subscriber may also be offered a one-time upgrade to Pro. Its price, Pro period and added allowance are shown before payment; it is not a separate recurring subscription.
5. Renewal and cancellation
Plus and Pro renew automatically until renewal is cancelled. Cancellation stops future charges but does not itself refund the current payment. Paid access normally continues until the end of the current paid period. Signing out or closing the browser does not cancel renewal.
6. Payments and refunds
Lava.top provides hosted checkout and payment processing. My BuildingClub does not receive or store full payment-card details. Paid access is granted only after verified payment confirmation.
Refunds are handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Cancelling renewal and requesting a refund are different actions.
7. Acceptable use and suspension
Do not bypass limits, authentication, payment or security controls, interfere with the service, distribute malware or use the service unlawfully. Access may be suspended for fraud, abuse, security threats, chargebacks or material breach.
8. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, construction loss or decisions made without independent verification. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
