Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 17 August 2026

This policy explains cancellation and refund requests for My BuildingClub payments.

1. Cancelling renewal

You may cancel automatic renewal through the available account control or Lava.top customer account. Cancellation prevents the next subscription charge but does not automatically refund the current payment. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period.

2. Requesting a refund

Submit the request through Lava.top where available and email [email protected] with the account email, payment date and transaction identifier. Cancellation and a refund request are different actions.

Mandatory consumer cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected. Where applicable law grants a withdrawal period, including a 14-day period for certain EU or UK distance contracts, requests are handled under that law. If immediate performance was expressly requested, any permitted deduction for service already supplied may apply.

3. Review

A refund may be appropriate when paid access was not delivered, the service materially differed from the checkout description, a duplicate or unauthorized charge occurred, or a provider-side technical failure prevented reasonable use and was not corrected. Support may review payment, access and technical records and request information needed to investigate.

4. One-time Pro upgrade

A one-time Plus-to-Pro upgrade is not a separate recurring subscription. A refund request for it is reviewed under the same rules, taking account of access and messages already supplied where applicable law permits.

5. Effect and timing

An approved refund is returned through Lava.top and the original payment channel. Processing time depends on the platform, bank and card network. A full refund may revoke the related paid access and unused messages. Subscription cancellation may also be required to stop future renewal.
