This tool is meant for quick sitemap triage before you submit or debug a sitemap. It reads pasted XML or a plain URL list, separates URL sitemaps from sitemap indexes, and reports issues that often explain crawler complaints.
Useful checks
The audit looks for parse errors, missing loc tags, duplicate URLs, non-absolute URLs, HTTP URLs, suspicious lastmod values, bad priority or changefreq values, size limits and host or folder scope mismatches when a sitemap URL is supplied.
Limits
